If I return my tickets due to the 3G rule, will I be refunded the purchase price?
If you return your tickets, we will book the ticket value back to the bank or credit card account used for payment as soon as possible. If a chargeback is not possible for technical reasons, we will contact you.
Will I be refunded the purchase price for my tickets in case of cancelled concerts?
If you have tickets for a concert that has to be cancelled without replacement, you will be refunded the purchase price. In the event of a postponement, the tickets will remain valid.
When will I know if my events are postponed or cancelled?
As soon as it has been clarified for all cancelled events whether a postponement is possible or whether a cancellation without replacement is necessary, the ticket holders will be informed in writing about the further procedure. Please note that it may take several weeks to clarify the replacement dates with the performers.
Can I also get information about the status of my events by telephone?
Due to the expected organizational effort, we ask you to wait for the written notification or to check our website https://konzerthaus.at/ for the current status or changes.
Do I have to return my tickets at the Ticket & Service Center?
No, it is not necessary to return tickets at the Ticket & Service Center.
What do I have to consider when buying tickets or at the box office in the Ticket & Service Center?
Only purchases and collections for the events of the respective day/evening can be made at the evening box offices.
