»Week of Solidarity with the People of Ukraine«
The Wiener Konzerthaus initiates a »Week of Solidarity with the People in Ukraine«. During the week from March 7 to 13, 2022, the performing artists and the audience at the Wiener Konzerthaus will be called upon to help the suffering people in Ukraine with donations.
This week's program at the Wiener Konzerthaus includes concerts by Konstantin Wecker, Ina Regen, Gautier Capuçon, Marin Alsop and the RSO Vienna, the Billy Childs Quartet and Grigory Sokolov. On March 10, 2022, the house will be the venue for a benefit concert of the Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft for Neighbor in Need, »Wiener Musiker:innen für die Ukraine« with Willi Resetarits, Ernst Molden, Anna Mabo, Die Strottern, Marie Spaemann and Christian Bakanic, Sigrid Horn, Aliosha Biz and Andrej Prozorov.
