Actually they are kindred spirits, the Härtel siblings from Zitoll in Styria and Gabriele Muscolino from South Tyrol. One of them is committed to »the classical«, »the further development of tradition« and meticulously translates songs from French and German - e.g. by Georges Brassens, Ernst Molden, Bertolt Brecht, Erich Kästner and Frank Wedekind - into Italian. The others draw from their roots in a great family tradition new powerful shoots of a bright and playful musical idiosyncrasy between composition and improvisation. On this evening Ernst Molden will perform together with Gabriele Muscolino and his band in the cycle »Spielarten«.
