On New Year’s Eve, in particular, the Viennese waltz inspires hope for a bright future in revellers everywhere. At the turn of the year, Peter Guth and his Strauss Festival Orchestra Vienna will perform music which originated in the Viennese ballrooms and became famous all over the globe: »Music made in Austria«.
