On Sunday evenings, the Wiener Konzerthaus is transformed into a place where classical music and electronic club culture meet. Our new format »konzerthaus.nachts« celebrates its premiere! The Vienna Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Petr Popelka, will kick things off with the sounds of the so-called »Prague Symphony«, one of the most important orchestral works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Afterwards, »Kein Sonntag Ohne Techno« takes over: the DJ collective is known throughout Austria for its open-air events, day raves and indoor club nights. At »konzerthaus.nachts«, it provides driving rhythms and skillful light installations in the Schubert Hall and the foyer of the Great Hall. Techno beats meet the acoustic echoes of the previous classical performance, creating a completely new atmosphere. This evening is for all night owls and the curious who want to experience the best of classical music and clubbing.
