Folk music wanted!

The East Tyrolean Musicbanda Franui launches a new program: In "Strg F Folk Music" the ten-member ensemble goes in search of original folk music: of new old sounds, of tunes and dances that have been handed down neither in songbooks nor in cultural associations and that have therefore never been heard before. Would you like to know what music Anton Bruckner heard as a child from his father in the inn or what songs the Hungarian peasants sang to Béla Bartók during his field explorations? Then you've come to the right place with the versatile Musicbanda! Welcome to an exciting search for traces, where the boundaries between interpretation, improvisation, arrangement and (re)composition blur beautifully!
