Two new »Rising Stars« of jazz can be heard in the Wiener Konzerthaus this October: Grammy winner Cécile McLorin made her debut here in March 2016 with »For One to Love«. This time she returns to the stage of the Great Hall with one of the most sought-after newcomers in jazz piano, Aaron Diehl and his trio. Diehl toured with Wynton Marsalis’ septet at the tender age of 19. Now he teams up with Cécile McLorin Salvant to explore American songwriting.
